One side is a drama app for global audiences — 53 titles, 3,026 episodes, seven genres. The other is the AI production line behind it: a one-line premise goes in, a finished episode comes out.

Vertical, English-language, one to two minutes an episode.

For viewers

53 titles. 3,026 episodes. Seven ways in.

English-language drama shot for the phone: 1080×1920, one to two minutes an episode, so a whole title finishes in an evening. The catalog comes from partner channels and keeps growing.

For studios and MCNs

One premise in. One finished episode out.

Six stages on one canvas. You work in production terms — scenes, characters, shots, takes — not sampler settings and node graphs. Nobody on your team has to open ComfyUI.

Script & shot breakdown

A premise becomes a script, then a numbered shot list with beats, dialogue and coverage.

Characters & sets

Lock a face and a location once. They stay the same face and the same location in every shot, every episode.

Storyboard frames

Every shot gets a still first. Composition gets fixed on cheap frames, before any GPU time goes into motion.

Shot generation

Approved frames drive video on LTX and WAN2.2, queued across four cards and rendered straight to vertical.

Voice & lip-sync

Cast a voice, generate the take, then drive the mouth to match it frame for frame.

One-click assembly

Shots, audio and subtitles cut to a 1080×1920 master that is ready to publish as it comes out.

LTX WAN2.2 H3 Running on four RTX 5090s we own and schedule ourselves.

Why kioktv

No rented links in the chain.

Most AI video shops are a thin layer over someone else's API and someone else's queue. When the render backs up or the model changes under them, that becomes your delivery problem.

4 × RTX 5090

Our own silicon

Four RTX 5090s, ours. Capacity gets scheduled against your delivery date instead of rationed behind another tenant's queue, and a re-cut on Friday night is a scheduling decision, not a ticket.

Six stages, one team

The whole chain in-house

Script, assets, frames, video, voice, lip-sync, assembly — one system, one team. Changing a character's look at stage two doesn't mean re-briefing three vendors and waiting a week to see it.

1080 × 1920

Built for vertical, not cropped to it

Vertical is the default output, not a 16:9 render with the sides cut off. Framing, subtitle safe areas and one-to-two-minute pacing are in the tooling because that is the only format we ship.

We run a drama app too

Tooling shaped by shipping

kioktv isn't only a vendor — we operate a short-drama app of our own. The pipeline was built by people who have to hit a publishing schedule with it, which is a very different pressure from building a demo.
